Carmen invites you to return to the healing embrace of nature through personalized sessions in the great outdoors. These guided experiences include grounding practices, breath awareness, healthy sun exposure, and mindful movement designed to restore balance, vitality, and presence.

Each hike is tailored to your pace, experience level, and intention. With a calm, grounded presence, Carmen weaves in silent hike meditations and nature-based reflection to help you reconnect with yourself, the land, and the present moment.

From flower-lined trails and rolling hills to mountain peaks, beach walks, or waterfalls, these experiences invite you to slow down and reconnect. Along the way, there’s room for heartfelt conversation - whether you’re deepening your breathwork practice, reflecting on your journey, or exploring tools for more mindful living.

  • For those ready to immerse themselves more deeply, this in-person experience combines meditation and spiritual grounding practices in a serene outdoor setting.
    Enjoy a restorative half-day that includes a guided nature walk, calming meditations, gentle movement, and mindful living tools for a more grounded, present life. 

    The half-day mini retreat (roughly 3 hours) includes:
